PRODUCT GUARENTEESAll products are guaranteed against defects
for a reasonable period and always in accordance with the manufacturers
or suppliers guarantee and warranty conditions. Our guarantee does not
affect your local statutory rights for quality and fitness of purpose.
The packaging is for protection of the goods and a dented box does not
constitute damage.
ORDERINGWhen you place an order, we will confirm acceptance of
that order by email to you at the address you provide in your order
form. This constitutes a contract between Covent-Garden.co.uk and the
person placing the order.
You may withdraw from your Contract by informing us in writing to the
address on the 'contact-us' page and by returning the goods you have
ordered, within 14 days after they are delivered, in their original
packaging. Return postage is at your own risk and cost. We undertake
the strictest quality control however if the goods we deliver are not
what you ordered, or are damaged or defective prior to the point of
delivery, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided
that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our
only obligation, at your option, will be:- *to make good any shortage
or non-delivery; or *to replace any goods that are damaged or
defective; or *to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in
question.
AVAILABILITYAll goods and services advertised are subject to
availability. You will be notified by email immediately should we make
any changes. We are available by phone, fax and email for feedback and
discussion. often outside office hours (depending where you are).
All photos, images, specifications and advertising on our Web site are
for the sole purpose of giving as accurate a rendition of the goods or
services as possible, to assist your purchasing decision. The digital
image in our site is not guaranteed to exactly represent the final
garment or map. The T-shirts are hand printed and colours may vary in
individual garments.
DELIVERYThe goods will be dispatched to the delivery address you
give us, at the time you make your order,
within 7 days unless notified but postal delay, being outside our
control, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages,
charges, or expenses thus caused. Once delivered we no longer have any
responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods. Signed-for orders
are not subject for return unless they are faulty.
If we are unable to deliver the goods in an agreed time scale our
customers will be informed immediately, as we will maintain email
dialogue, and be given the option to either agree to a new delivery
date or to cancel the order with a full refund provided that the goods
in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition
they were in when delivered to you.

where applicable) is stated on our web site and in the order forms at
the time you place your order.
